A Clear Purpose
Every great team needs a clear mission and (differentiated/definitive) point of view to rally around and guide their day-to-day towards a larger vision.
There are two kinds of purpose that we as designers need: philosophical and practical. The philosophical purpose answers the question, “Why are we here?” and the practical purpose answers the question, “How do we succeed?”.
#OneTeam
It will take all of us working together to accomplish our mission and turn our vision into a reality.
Studio 5’s mission is to empower people to do the best work of their lives by designing best-in-class learning solutions that assist in changing behaviors and perspectives.
Our vision is to be the undisputed leader in learning and development. Owning the intersection of learning and design.
High Performing Team
No one alone creates and runs a great company—teams do.
High-performing teams built around trust and purpose, create organizational coherence and focus. The formula for success isn’t a stretch: do good work, follow on results, reflect, and repeat. A high-performance team is a cross-functional group of people with complementary skills. They are aligned with and committed to shared values and vision and work towards a common objective.
This highly effective team is innovative in problem-solving and displays a high level of communication and collaboration, delivering consistent and superior results.
High-performing teams meet their goals consistently, work cohesively as a group, and are engaged in their work.
