The Golden Swan Award
The Studio 5 Golden Swan Award (GSA) is peer-nominated and presented at the conclusion of each Venture. The GSA is awarded to a teammate who embodies the spirit of Studio 5 during the Venture and beyond. This teammate continues to show up for others and is part of the reason Studio 5 is a Great Place To Work.
