Consulting Foundations
The consulting industry can trace its roots back to the late 19th century, when the world's first modern consulting firms were founded. During our time together we will explore and create together. Bring your creative energy my friends!

Connection Activity
Part of a camp experience includes learning about others and building connections with them. Together, we will use this time to continue strengthening the bonds we’ve already made as a team.

ILT Writing: Philosophy & Foundations
Building on previous sessions—Context, State, Result and Facilitation at Studio 5—we will move into how to write engaging and effective instructor-led learning experiences that deliver results. Learn how to accurately tailor your writing to your audience, and explore the differences between writing a workshop and crafting a program.

Facilitation at Studio 5
Building on the CSR session, learn the unique S5 twist on upleveling in-person and virtual facilitated workshops, programs, and events. This introductory session will build on the same CSR principles applied in ILT Writing to how we facilitate learning experiences and meetings.

Context, State, Result
The foundation and science of sound ILT writing and facilitation delivery is rooted in three constructs: Context (what the learner needs to know); State (understanding the three behavior “states” learners are always in: thinking, feeling, doing); and, Result (how we get learners to where we want them).
This expedition will set the foundation for ILT Writing and Facilitation Delivery.

Studio 5 Experience
With a common understanding of The Studio 5 Experience expectations for individual roles, teams can work more cohesively to reach the organization’s goals. Jesse Lee Eller will unpack how each role at Studio 5 can meet (or exceed!) expectations in each of the following areas: Relationships, Budgets, Design, Manage, and Delivery.

State of the Business
During this session, Studio 5’s Founder & CEO Jesse Lee Eller will guide us through where Studio 5 is as a business, including updates on our progress in relation to the goals or KPIs established at the start of the year, forecasting for the next three months, and celebrations of any achievements and/or milestones.
